This challenging but very relevant autumn show at the Műcsarnok Palace concerns itself with the experiences and stories of modern life, looking at three basic themes: travelling and discovery; planning and discovery; dreams and nightmares.  All of the artists whose photographs are presented here are concerned with a desire to know more about the last century - the great discoveries, the plans and those modern constructions that were intended to be perfect.  These works take the stories, theories and great ideals of the past and reinterpret them to throw a new light on our present - and the possibilities for the future.
