Our Guides

Florence
We only had a long weekend to do the city and so your tour really helped us get our bearings. There's just so much to see there! I know we only scraped the surface but it worked really well for us.

Venice
This was a great tour that took you everywhere you needed to go. Particularly liked the walk through of the mosaic frescoes on the front of the Basilica. We had a great time in Venice, made all the more special by this evocative guide. Like the speaker's voice too - one of the best I've listened to.

LONDON - Jewish museum opens following renovation

London’s Jewish Museum is due to re-open on 17th March following a £10million renovation.

As our audio guide to London explains London’s Jewish community dates back centuries and has had an important influence on the development of London as well as its cultural identity.

The aim of the museum is to engage with people of all ages, backgrounds and faiths.  “The new galleries bring our collections to life by placing the Jewish story into the wider context of British history,” says the museum.

The new museum explores Britain’s Jewish history from the earliest known settlement in 1066 through to the community today.

Highlights include an evocation of a Jewish East End street, bringing to life the sights and sounds of this immigrant quarter of London; an interactive map exploring the history of Jewish settlement around the UK; and poignant displays relating to refugees from Nazism, including the 10,000 unaccompanied children who came to Britain on the Kindertransport.

Drawing on film, audio and interactive displays it tells the stories of people who have come here from areas as diverse as Eastern Europe, India and the Middle East – and how they have become part of British life. There are fun and engaging activities for visitors of all ages, include a great migration board game, Yiddish theatre karaoke and an interactive discovery table in the Living Community display.
